provide to the NRC qualification test reports for the output relays of the AHSAC (ATVS Hitigating System Actuation Circuitry) system installed at Farley Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2. These test reports describe both the isolation and seismic qualification testing performed by Vestinghouse on "

the output relays that interface with the Reactor Protection Systeta.

Enclosed is a copy of VCAP-8687 Supp. 2-E68B Rev. O entitled, "0ualification of ATVS Hitigating System Actuation Circuitry in AMC0 Cabinet and Vall Mounted Hoffman Relay Enclosure (Combined Testing and -

Analysis)" (Proprietary) and a copy of VCAP-8587 Supp. 1-ESE-68B Rev. O entitled, "ATVS Hitigating Sy:: stem Actuation Circuitry in AMC0 Cabinet and l Vall Mounted Hoffman Relay Enclosure" (Non-Proprietary). (

l Proprietary Information Notice, and accompanying Affidavit. As VCAP-8687 contains information proprietary to Vestinghouse Electric Corporation, it {

is supported by an affidavit signed by Vestinghouse, the ovner of the information. The affidavit' sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and specifically addresses the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of l the Commission's regulations.
