Dear Mr. Goodwin:

As a result of the discussions during the January 9,1998, meeting, we are reconsidering our request for additional information dated November 25,1997, and you need not reply directly to -

that request.

The discussions during the January meeting revealed that our technical review would be better served by a direct site visit.- As we have discussed subsequently, two of our technical -

reviewers are visiting your site this week. Based on the results of that site visit,we will-reconsider the additional information needs. If we identify such information needgwe will-

. communicate them to you in February 1998.
