This refers to your application (document NRC-98-011) dated March 31,1998, requesting an amendment to Materials License SNM-1107. Your request has been assigned TAC No.
L31067. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this licensing action.
Our review is scheduled for completion by June 15,1998, dependent upon no omissions or deficiencies identified in your submittal during our review. It is noted that Revision 10 replaces Revisions 2,4,6, and 9. Our action on those revisions and the associated TAC Numbers L30887, L30913, L30971, and L31028 are therefore closed.
In addition, a copy of your submittal has been forwarded to the License Fee and Accounts Receivable Branch, Office of the Controller, who will contact you separately for billing as your request for amendment will be subject to full cost fee recovery.
