NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR @ 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, wi,ll take the deposition upon oral examination of R. Bernacki on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as one of the Federal evaluators used.

by FEMA to evaluate the offsite emergency response by LILCO's Local Emergency Response Organization ("LERO") during the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"), including his duties and responsi-bilities in connection with his Exercise assignments as an evaluator at the reception center and as a Team Leader for "other

( field activities," and any other participation he may have had in connection with: (a) the Exercise; and, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after 8610240222 861020 PDR ADOCK 05000322 o PDR .

February 13, 1986. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1900 M Street, N.W., Suite -800, Washington, D.C. 20036 beginning at 1:30 o' clock p.m. on the 25th day of November, 1986, and continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed. R. Bernacki is instructed to bring with him any notes, logs, summaries or-other documents in his possession and/or control concerning the Exercise, its results, its evaluation, or any recommendations arising therefrom, whether prepared prior to, during, or subsequent to the Exercise.
