(" School District") gives notice of its appeal from the Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board
("ASLB") in the above-captioned matter, Lona Island Liahtina Co.
(Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1), LBP-91-26 (at 19), __
NRC (June 13, 1991), denying the School District's petition for intervention and its request for hearings in that matter, as well as, the ASLB's dismissal of the School District from participation in the above-captioned proceeding.
