NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pur-suant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Mr. James Paplie, Director, New York State Radiological Emergency Preparedness Group, on Contentions EX 15 and 16. The witness is directed to bring wl h him all documents that are relevant to the contentions identified above. The deposition will be taken before a' notary public and court reperter on February 25,1987 at 9:00 a.m. and thereaf ter until the taking of the deposition may be completed at the offices of Richard J. Zahnleuter, Esq., Special Counsel to the Gov-ernor, Room 131, State Capitol, Albany, New York,12224, or at another location specified by the parties.
