February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"), including his duties and l
responsibilities in connection with his Exercise assignment as an f
evaluator of accident assessment at the Brookhaven Area Office, i
and any other participation he may have had in connection-with:
g (a) the. Exercise; and, (b) his participation in or observation of i

any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, J

Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1900 M Street, N.W.,
Suite 800, Washington, D.C.
20036 beginning at 9:00 o' clock a.m.
on the 2nd day of December, 1986, and continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
Mr. Keller is instructed to bring with him any notes, logs, summaries or other documents in his possession and/or control concerning the Exercise, its results, its evaluation, or any recommendations arising therefrom, whether prepared prior to, during, or subsequent to the Exercise.
