NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of M. Jackson on the subject areas of her duties and responsibilities as one of the Federal evaluators used by FEMA to evaluate the offsite emergency response by LILCO's Local Emergency Response Organization ("LERO")

during the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"), including her duties and responsibilities in connection with her Exercise assignment as an evaluator of the Emergency News Center

(" ENC"), and any other participation she may have had in connection with:

(a) the Exercise; and, (b) her participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, 1986.

taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1900 M Street, N.W.,

Suite 800, Washington, D.C.

20036 at 1:00 o' clock p.m. on the 1st day of December, 1986, and continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.

Ms. Jackson is instructed to bring with her any notes, logs, summaries or other documents in her possession and/or control concerning the Exercise, its results, its evaluation, or any recommendations arising therefrom, whether prepared prior to, during, or, subsequent to the Exercise.
