The Comm2tsioners would be fools to provide a ny e::emp t ion.
Fuel pool problems are constantly cropping up. The latest is tuo rang i nee r s at Susquehanna pointing out the possibility of a fuel pool accident leading to a meltdown. Fuel pools leak.
.3 Reracking has lead to many questions about criticality.
