NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of H. Fish on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as one of the Federal evaluators used by f
FEMA to evaluate the offsite emergency response by LILCO's Local Emergency Response Organization ("LERO") during the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"), including his duties and responsibilities in connection with his Exercise assignment as an evaluator of support services operations at the Emergency Operations Center
("EOC"), and any other participation he may have had in connection with:
(a) the Exercise; and, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after 8610240243 861020 PDR ADOCK 05000322 C

Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1900 M

20036 beginning at 9:00 o' clock a.m. on the 19th day of November, 1986, and 1
continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
