NOTICE TO PARTIES OF PRIOR PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS The NRC Staff has designated Mr. Falk Kantor as one of its witnesses who will testify in the Shoreham OL-3 reception center r

hearings. This is to notify the parties that for approximately seven months in 1978-79 Mr. Kantor and I served within the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation on a special task group whose assignment was to review siting alternatives and prepare expert testimony for proceedings related to the Seabrook Construction Permit. I served as leader of the task group and Mr. Kantor was an expert reviewer for accident analysis.

In 1975 I prepared expert testimony on behalf of NRC in a midwestern construction permit case in which Mr. Myron Karman and Mr.

Charles Barth, who have filed appearances as counsel in this case, were attorneys for the NRC Staff. This association was limited to a pericd of a few weeks prior to the hearing and to two days at the hearing itself.
