NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Edward B. Lieberman on the subject areas of the number of vehicles that can be brought into the reception centers designated by the LILCO Plan; transportation and traffic within and surrounding the reception center; and such other pertinent matters relating to LILCO's reception centers.
Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at the offices of the Suffolk County Attorney, Building 158, North County Complex, Veterans Memorial Highway, Happauge, N.Y.
11788, beginning at 10:00 o' clock a.m. on the 24th day of February, 1987, and continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
