NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pur-suant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Mr. James Papile, Director, New York State Radiological Emergency Preparedness Group, on the information sought by LILCO's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents to New York State, dated November 3,1987.
