NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Phillip McIntire on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as a member of the " FEMA Command Post" and any other participation he may have had in connection with: (a) the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (" Exercise"); and, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, 1986. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1900 M Street, N.W., Suite 800, Washington, D.C.
