MOTION TO WITHDRAW JUPPLEli[:NTAL FILING In light of the fact that the other parties to this proceeding may not have had adequate time in which to respond to the Supplement to the Joint Opposition to Issuance of the Decommissioning Order Prior to Hearing (" Supplement") served on the other parties by telecopy in the late afternoon of May 5, 1992, the Shoreham-Wading River Central School District and Scientists and Engineers for Secure Energy, Inc., Petitioners in the above-captioned matter, hereby move the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (" Commission") to allow the Petitioners to withdraw that Supplement.
