NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the State of New York, by counsel, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules and the Board's "Memorandum and Order (Ruling on LILCO's Motion for Summary Disposition of the Hospital Evacuation Issue)," dated February 24, 1988, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Jeffrey Sobotka the subject of the accuracy and bases of the hospital evacuation time estimates presented in Revision 9 of LILCO's Plan, including the content and meaning of documents provided to the parties under cover of a letter from LILCO's counsel, dated February 29, 1988.
The deposition will be taken before a notary public and court reporter on Monday, March 7,
1988 at 1:30 p.m.
and thereafter until the taking of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of the Suffolk County Attorney, Building 158, North County Complex, Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauuppauge, New York 11788.
