NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Thomas Baldwin on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as one of the Federal evaluators used by FEMA to evaluate the offsite emergency response by LILCO's Local Emergency Response Organization ("LERO") during the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"), including his duties and responsibilities in connection with his Exercise assignment as an Assistant Team Leader and an evaluator of communications at the 1
Emergency Operations Center ("EOC"), and any other participation he may have had in connection with:
(a) the Exercise; and, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof s
