will be issued on or about November 3, 1987 to Alabama Powcr Company. This action is based on'a. number of-violatfons in the areas of procurement and vendor.

two Severity' Level III problems each with a Proposed Civil Penalty of $25,000. l The first problem details violations in the areas of control and installation i of purchased equipment. The second, details violations concerning inadequate 1 corrective. actions and inspections. The mitigation and escalation factors of-l the Enforcement Policy were considered and in each case the civil penalty was 4
