By letter dated November 17. 1997, results of inspection activities at your Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP) were transmitted to you.
During subsequent review.
it was found that Violation 50 348, 364/97-11-08 was incorrectly identified as Violation 50-348, 364/97-11-11 in the closed item summary.
Please correct your records to reflect that Violation 50-348. 364/97-11 08 is closed, Violation 50 348, 364/97-11-11 is an invalid item number and does not exist, I apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused.
