The licensee was effectively discontinuing access to those employees who were ,

favorably terminated and was meeting the commitments in the Physical Security Plan '

for searches of materials. (tiection S1.4).

.

The licensee was testing and maintair.ing security related equipment as required by the Physical Security Plan and procedures. Security related equipment was being promptly and appropriately repaired. (Section S2.1).

.

The licensee appropriately replaced and raised the locks on the Vehicle Barrier System active barriers to minimize potential tampering and the capability to use hand tools to defeat the locks. (Section 2.5).

.

Compensatory measures observed and reviewed through documentation were within l the requirements of the licensee's Physical Security Plan. (Section S2.6).

.

A target set analysis and subsequent physical protection strategy currently ernployed by the licensee may not be valid in order to fulfill Physical Security Plan requirement ,

(Section S4.2). i

The licensee's security training program met the provisions of the Training and I Qualification Plan. (Section SS.1). l i
