Dear Mr. Adams:
l The purpose of this letter is to advise NRC of a change in personnel responsible for the !
safe possession of General Atomics' TRIGA* Reactors Facility. Mr. John Greenwood will be replacing Dr. Junaid Razvi as " Physicist-in-Charge" (PIC) for GA's TRIGA* Mark I (R-38) and Mark F (R-67) reactors. This change will be effective July 31,1998. Mr. Greenwood is a ]
licensed Senior Reactor Operator (more specifically, in veiw of GA's possession only license amendments, he is a licensed fuel handler) and he exceeds the minimum qualifications for this position as specified in the Mark I Technical Specifications.
