We have reviewed your letter dated August 16,1999, and the enclosed objectives for the Wolf Creek Generating Station 1999, emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for November 17,1999.

Based on our review, we determined that the exercise objectives are appropriate to meet emergency plan requirements.

We contacted the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region Vil during our review.

Mr. Joseph Schulte had no comments for us to relay to you.
