1. Normal Plant Operations personnel
2. Nuclear Production Engineer
3. Callout Operators E. Primary Responsibility .

Responsible for the safe operation of the plant. This will require the individual to implement normal and emergency procedures and instructions to bring the plant to a safe shutdown, if required. F. Basic Duties

1. Upon notification of Emergency Recovery Organization activation, the primary and/or alternate Operations Support Manager designate (s)

I will report to their assigned location listed in Section B of this , appendix and inform the Plant Operations Manager of their/his presence. 4

2. Calls out his staff detailed in Section D of this appendix and has them report to the Operations Support Center in order to support on-site activities.
3. Organizes staff personnel and establishes a schedule of working hours to support around-the-clock operations.

2. Calls out his/her staff detailed in section D of this appendix and l has them report to their normally assigned department in order to support on site activities.
3. Organizes staff personnel and establishes a schedule of working hours to support around-the-clock operations. _

5. Oversees the collection of environment samples in affected areas and ensures that the analyses are being performed by contractor laboratories. Normal samples obtained are:

(a) Air Samples (b) Milk Samples (c) TLD Badges (d) Surface Water Samples

                               .6. Determines if the sample results are out-of-normal by using previously analyzed routine samples as baseline.                                                      .
7. Logs all results and provides continuous up-to-date information to Emergency Coordinator.
8. Collects all onsite and offsite environmental TLD's and ensures they are transported to the Dosimetry Coordinator or contractor laboratory.

2. Provides direct contact between OPPD and the construction personnel on all administrative and construction matters.

4. Assures that all construction forces are adequately manned and equipped to provide timely construction support.

After arrival this individual will place a call to the Comunications Support Coordinator and advise of location and phone extension.
2. Be prepared to provide around-the-clock operation.
3. Upon reporting to the EOF, checks out comunications equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
