AFFIDAVIT OF RICHARD H. STROME (RYE-2)

I, Richard H. Strome, being on oath, deposes and says as follows:

1. I am the Director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDA).

2. As originally submitted to the parties and the Board in this proceeding, the local emergency plan for the Town of Rye, Revision 2, indicated in the special facility index (Appendix F) that the Webster at Rye (a/k/a Rannie Webster Nursing and Elderly Home) facility plan was currently being developed.

3. The Webster at Rye Special. Facilities Plan was , 1 completed in August, 1986. The plan was developed in cooperation with the Webster at Rye facility Administrator over a period of several months.

4. The index to Appendix F of Volume 20 will be changed to delete the parenthetical reference that the plan is currently being developed.
