I am a member of the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League and desire, and hereby authorize, SAPL to represent me in proceedings before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board regarding the May 6* license exemption request from the operator of Seabrook station.

I have long been concerned about the safe operation of Seabrook station. Since I i
live within the 10 mile emergency planning zone, it is my understanding that I and i
my family are within the area that could not only be impacted by an accident at Seabrook with off site consequences, but within an area in which the licensee is l
i required to provide protective actions in that event.-

Any license exemption, which, if granted, would have the effect of reducing the I
safety margins at Seabrook, would have an impact on me should an accident resulting from reduced safety margins, release radioactivity off site, l

Accordingly, I believe I am a person directly affected by the proposed action.
