I, Richard H. Strome, being on oath, hereby depose and say as follows:
1.
I am the director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDA).
'2.
Representatives of my office have offered and attempted to provide training to anticipated members of the Town of Kensington emergency response organization.
3.
In the event of a radiological emergency at the Seabrook Station, an emergency plan can and will be implemented for the Town of Kensington.

'Kensington Plan, then the State of New Hampshire can and will implement measures outlined in the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan, Volume 2, Appendix G, so entitled Concept of Operations for Providing State Assistance to Municipalities Unable to Respond to an Emergency, to provide for the necessary emergency response capabilities for the Town of Kensington.
