Dear Mr. Meyer:

The Seacoast Anti-Pollution League has alerted me to the

-fact that you may allow the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant to operate outside of its technical specifications because of possible Y2K problems.

I do not approve of this because of safety issues.

Seabrook has had a number of safety violations over the years, and I think the regulation of the plant's operators has been lax.
