This refers to the meetings on December 11 and 12. 1997, at your Training Center. The purpose of the meetings were to discuss the status of your actions to resolve technical issues and your progress toward readiness for restart, It is our opinion, that these meetings were beneficial.

Enclosed is a list of Attendees and Florida Power Corporation (FPC) Handouts.
