To the Members of the Canadian Parliament:

This is to advise you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has declined to review Director's Decision 88-11 which denied your petition of February 4, 1988, requesting that the NRC decision to allow Fermi-2 to operate at 100% power be overturned; that the license be revoked; and that Detroit Edison be required to prove to NRC and the Canadian authorities that Fermi-2 is safe.

Accordingly, the decision became final agency action on August 24, 1988.
