VOGTLE TAPE RECORDINGS i RECOMMENDED PRIORITIZING At our meeting on December 6, 1990, you tasked OI and myself to develop a recommended prioritization for the transcription of those tapes. Enclosed you will find my recommended prioritization.

The bases for this prioritization are as follows:

s Dates immediately following the March 20, 1990 event were selected based upon the immediate proximity of information to the diesel generator reporting concern.

e The list of tapes provided by the Confidential Source had .

highlighted dates which indicated where the source initially I thought important information might be contained. These dates are recommended for priority consideration.

e The initial tapes (13) reviewed were on certain specific dates. The other tapes made on these dates could also contain vital information and are recommended for priority ,

consideration.

This covers the obvious indicators for prioritization. After these specifications, I would recommend proceeding chronologically from the beginning for the remaining tapes. This meno includes the recommendations from OI.
