Dear Chairman Bloch:
Enclosed is a copy of the letter the Staff has sent to the parties herein as a result of your November 17, 1993 Order, LBP-93-22.
As indicated in that letter, the Staff will make the requested Office of Investigations materials available to Georgia Power Company and to the intervenor on December 20, 1993.
In addition the Staff will also answer the interrogatories recently filed by Georgia Power Company, to the extent they are not subject to objections for other reasons.
