Dear Administrative Judges:

During the adjudicatory proceeding on the application of Georgia Power Company

{

(GPC) to transfer the authority to operate its f acility, the Board retained an original Office of Investigations (01) evidence item, an audio cassette labeled Tape 58, and an enhanced copy of that tape. See Tr. 4740, Tr.15,554 (Board Exhibit 12).

Subsequently, the licensing proceeding was terminated and the Staff acted on the 10 C.F.R. 5 2.206 petition initially filed by Messrs. Marvin Hobby and Allen Mosbaugh.
