ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO SECY-94-075

, on March 22, 1994, the staff forwarded its recommendation to the l Commission for proposed enforcement action against the Georgia i Power Company (GPC) in SECY-94-075. The proposed enforcement l action is based on information collected during an Office of Investigations (OI) investigation that was initiated in response to allegations that were made to Region II that material false statements were made to the NRC by senior GPC Licensee officials.

On March 22, 1994, the c. ' ice of Enforcement was informed that additional allegations weta received by Region II on March 18, 1994. Some allegations appear in general terms to relate to a h e i th a f
