We have reviewed your letter dated November 20,1996, and the enclosed objectives for the Wolf Creek Generating Station emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for February 25, 1997.

i Based on our review, we determined that the exercise objectives are appropriate to meet emergency plan requirements. Minor questions were resolved during a December 17,1996, telephone discussion with Mr. Tim East of your staff.

i i We contacted the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region Vil, during our review. Mr. Joseph Schulte had no comments for us to relay to you.
