On February 1, 1983, Les CONSTABLE, NRC Resident Reactor Inspector at Wate-ford-3, was contactec by rer -tir.g irves:igator in order to arrarge an available work spa:e at hate-fcrc-3 rega-:ing the initiation t'f this investication.
