I feel that there is a fine line between intimidation and harassment of an Q/C inspector on the job.
In the Q/C trailer (office) I felt and was subject to various forms of harassment both written (memos) and verbal - It was directed to us daily about; " work schedule, work hours, breaks, lunch schedule, eating, drinking coffee, amount of work performed & documentation, unauthorized meettings in the field, correct documentation, parking, phone calls, and office decorum."
"In the field -performing inspections, writting NCRs, or being audited (Q/A) I never felt pressure or intimidation to not"do ey job correctly to the codes / standards or site procedures."

I left (quit because of the work hours, pay dispute, office work space and bullshit - notl ue to any intimidation.
