1. On June 27, 1983, Mr. Clyde Wisner, Public Affairs Officer, Region IV, Nuclear Regulatory Commissi n, advised that earlier this day he received allegations from ~- 1 reJardina the intimidation of

4. Repeated efforts to telephonically locate and interview the foregoing individuals were unproductive. Eight f the e were individuals' telephone numbers, as provided by incorrect numbers. The remaining five telephone numbers had been disconnected. Efforts to locate these individuals via .

telephone company information was unproductive.

5. This report is provided to NRC Region IV management for review, evaluation and any action deemed appropriate.
