CFFR-17 The permit authorises the Genesul Elastric Ceapany and South-west Atomic Easrgy Associates to construet a 20 megawatt thermal plutonia-urania fueled, fast spectrum, modium-cooled, experinsatal reactor which is to be located in Cove Creek Tovaship, Washington County, Arkansas.
