By letter dated September 14, 1972, you proposed changes to the Technical Specifications of Facility License Ho. DR-15.

The changes would permit a f

reduction in the surveillance requirements at the SEFOR f acility.

During our review, we found that certain modifications to the proposed changes were necessary to meet regulatory requirements.

These modi-fications were discussed with your staff.

Based on our review of the proposed changes, as modified, we have concluded that implementation l

of tne changes will not present significant hazards considerations not described or implicit in the Safety Analysis. Report and that there is j

reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not

be endangered.

Accordingly, pursuant to Section 50.59 of 10 CFR Part 50, the Technical Specifications of Facility License No. DR-15 are hereby changed as follows:

(1) Delete Sections 4.1, 4. 3 and 4.4.

(2) Change Specifications 4.6 in its entirety to read:
