Based on our myiew of the proposed abange, we have concluded that l

implementation of the change will not pmsent significant hazants considerations not described or implicit in the Safety Analysis asport and that them is masonable assumnoe that the health and saibty of the public will not be endangend. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 50.59 of 10 CPR Part 50, the Technical Specificaticms of Pacility License No. DR-15 are chaned by deleting item 3.3-a.
