prehearing conference, which may aid concideration of the issues. It vill be helpful to have brought to our attention the particular portions of the hearing record--as ultimately made, including the posthearin6 pleadings--which provide information about these matters.:

1. In the containment' analyses which consider blast effects what assurances arc derived that excessive plutonium and ficsion product releasss will not occur because of pres-sure or hydraulic or missile impact breaches of the inte6rity of the cecondary coolant loop, pipe tunnel, and associatedi systems and compbnents?

2.

With respect to identifying and evaluating the appli-canto and their qualifications:

a. What are and will be the respective financial, technical, proprietary, management, and operating obligations of GE and SAEA? of Gecc11schaft? of Euratom? of AEC?
b. What conditions and limitations govern the tech- p nical and financial contributions by Gesellschaft forcitself _
