'Jhe proposed location for the reactor, designated by the applicants as the Southwest Erperimental Phat Oxide Beactor (SEFOR),
is on a 620 acre site in Washington County approximately 20 miles southwest of FInyetteville, Arkansas. A copy of the application is available for public inspection in the ABC's Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N. W.,
