Southwest Atomic Energy Associates ("SAEA") and General Electric Company (" General Electric") submit herewith Amendment No.1 to their joint application for Class 104(b) License to construct and operate the Southwest Experimenta1 Fast Oxide Reactor ("SEFOR").

As more fully described therein, the amendment alters the basic application by providing authorization for General Electric to act for itself and for SAEA in submitting future application amendments and in transmitting or receiving any other information relating to the application other than such information which the Commission may wish to obtain directly through SAEA alone.
