Dear Dr. Morris:
a Enclosed herewith are copies of Amendment No. 26 to the License Application for the Southwest Experimental Fast Oxide Reactor (SEFOR). This amendment requests an extension of the construction completion dates for SEFOR. As indicated in the amendment, it is not clear that it is necessary to extend the construction completion dates since a notice of intent to issue a provisional operating license has already been published in the Federal Register. This amendment is being filed in the event an extension is required.
