Dear Dr. Morris:

l Enclosed herewith are three signed and twenty-seven conformed copies of l

the Proposed Change No. 7 to the SEFOR Technical Specifications. The attached proposed specifications change the SEFOR organization to meet the increased scope of the future SEFOR programs. The organization is changed to include another level of management in the SEFOR management structure.

The new Manager, SEFOR, who will have offices in Sunnyvale.

l California, will report directly to the General Manager, Breeder Reactor Department, and will be responsible for management decisions regarding SEFOR.
