10/25/84 OVERINSPECTION PROGRAM RESULTS GENERAL RESULTS
- IP INITIATED A REVIEW OF THE RESULTS OF THE OVERINSPECTION PROGRAM ON JULY 23, 1984.
ASSESS RESULTS IN TERMS OF PLANT QUALITY.
PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ACTION.
- THE FIRST EVALUATION REPORT WAS COMPLETED AND REVIEWED BY IP, BA AND S&L ON OCTOBER 19, 1984.
OVERALL PLANT QUALITY IS GOOD.
SOME AREAS HAVE NOT ACCUMULATED A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF INFORMATION TO ALLOW CONCLUSIVE EVALUATION.
OTHER AREAS HAVE ACCUMULATED SUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO ALLOW CONCLUSIVE EVALUATION. S MANAGEMENT ACTION MAY BE TAKEN IN SOME AREAS WITH HIGH CONFIDENCE LEVELS.
