  • THE FIRST EVALUATION REPORT WAS COMPLETED AND REVIEWED BY IP, BA AND S&L ON OCTOBER 19, 1984.

OVERALL PLANT QUALITY IS GOOD.

SOME AREAS HAVE NOT ACCUMULATED A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF INFORMATION TO ALLOW CONCLUSIVE EVALUATION.
