Attached is a copy of the NRC transcript of the public meeting which was held in Cincinnati on Monday, March 28, 1983 relative to CG&E's selection of Torrey Pines Technology to perform the management assessment of the Zimmer project.

As I indicated by telephone yesterday, the concerns of the intervenors, as outlined in this transcript, should be taken into consideration in your Plan of Action to make the management assessment. You should be prepared to address these issues in your meeting with the NRC Region III tentative-ly scheduled for April 22 or April 25.
