During our March 9, 1983, meeting with you and Mr. Gagliardo regarding the proposed rule on fitness for duty, we committed to supply you a copy of AP&L's policy statement concerning alcohol / drug abuse upon its revision.
Attached is a copy of the revised policy statement that was issued as part of the Arkansas fower & Light Company Policies and Procedures Manual on May 3, 1983, to reemphasize the Company's strong stand on alcohol and drug abuse.
