! RE: UCLA Reactor Relicensing Proceeding, Docket 50-142

Dear Ms. Woodhead:

This letter is in response to a question raised in your December 2 reply to CBG's objections to your rebuttal testimony. In that pleading you expressed concern about a CBG reference to the November 21 conference call.

Please be advised that CBG neither requested the conference call nor the delay in the proceeding announced by the Board therein.

As was the case with yourself, in both instances we merely were informed of decisions initiated hr the Board itself.

In an unrelated matter, we have not received in a lor 4 time any Staff-Applicant correspondence related to inspection matters. We understand, however, that there have been several such inspections.

We would appreciate it if you would check and see if there are any such itsens that have somehow not been sent to us.
